The dealing of cards
In order to guarantee the complete randomness of our system, we realize that the algorithm that drives the dealing of cards must be flawless. We therefore use two different sources to generate randomness for the dealing of cards: One source is based on mouse movements and successive actions. The software collects these elements. The other source creates a number based on the systems thermal noises. We then combine these two numbers in order to determine the deal. It is important to note that each individual source could very well generate its own totally unpredictable deal all by itself.

The sampling of cards dealt
Chilipoker, in collaboration with Tain poker, regularly samples a series of hands in order to determine whether a significant difference exists between the expected results and the actual calculated outcomes.

Technological protection
Chilipoker uses 128-bit encryption for the totality of its financial transactions, and all players' personal information. We save no information related to credit cards used by players.

Human protection
All transactions are verified, so that a withdrawal cannot be made from your account without your authorization. In order to make this possible, we ask you for proof in order to ensure the validity of a withdrawal before following through on the request.

Collusion
Collusion is when one or more persons seated at the same table share information, for example, by giving away each other's hands. Chilipoker and Tain have extremely advanced monitoring systems for the purpose of detecting abnormal behavior. We also invite any player suspecting collusion to alert us immediately of his or her suspicions. All complaints will receive an immediate response and an investigation of the suspected player(s) will follow. In case of attempted collusion, the players' accounts will be suspended, their funds blocked, and the players banned from the site.

Cheating
Chilipoker and the Tain network have the technical means to detect all artificial intelligence activity on the site, or any program that creates an unfair advantage of one player over another. When opening a Chilipoker account, players pledge not to use such programs and accept that Tain or Chilipoker verify that no such programs are used. Should a player be caught using such a program, his/her account will be suspended, the player banished, and his/her funds confiscated, suddenly and without warning.
